Here we’ve got freshmade dough from the market, part skim mozzarella in block form (yes, that’s a lot of shredding), turkey pepperoni, basil, red onion, and orange pepper. My favorite combo! Mmmmmmmmmm

I just make the pizza sauce and the dough too. I use tomato paste and tomatoes in a blender and add seasonings to taste. Dough simply bread flour, yeast, and seasonings to my liking. I thought this was scratch made? Liar.
Heh, it has become a weekly thing for me too! Every Sunday night. It’s a good way to soften the blow of the weekend ending. What crust/sauce do you use? I’ve been doing Muir Glen organic pizza sauce. It’s mild on the flavorful scale, but that also means it’s definitely not distracting from the toppings, which I like.
